- Structured, well-managed place for student-athletes to continue to play, develop, and achieve their goals - playing soccer in high school, college, or professionally.
- Player and skill development.
- High level of play and competition.
- Experienced, licensed coaches and trainers.
Midlands Options for Club Soccer:
Club Conflict Policy
Student-athletes are expected to fully commit to their in-season school sport. Participation in club or non-school athletic events that conflict with school practices or competitions is not permitted without prior approval from the head coach and athletic director.
School sports emphasize teamwork, accountability, and shared goals. Missing in-season commitments for club events disrupts team cohesion and violates the core values of our program.
Unapproved absences may result in reduced playing time, removal from the roster, or a review of athletic eligibility.

The Facts
Approximately 8% of high school soccer players in the US go on to play at the college level (NCAA Division I, II, III, or NAIA). For men, this number is around 8.0%, while for women it's slightly higher, at 11.29%. However, the odds of making an NCAA Division I team are significantly lower, with only about 1% of high school male players and 2.2% of female players making it to that level.
Therefore, we will continue to emphasize that club soccer is the best avenue to pursue further development as a high school soccer player, since only less than 10% of all prep soccer players move on to the collegiate level.
